Inspection Arbitration Services (IAS)
The #1 choice of inspectors for effective, on-line, alternative dispute resolution
Frequently Asked Questions
If I already carry E & O Insurance, why would I need IAS?
All types of E & O insurance have one thing in common; they cover items included as a part of a normal home inspection, framed within a typical Scope of Work. Ancillary services, such as radon testing, mold testing, and wood destroying insects are typically EXCLUDED from coverage. In some instances, commecial inspections may also be excluded. IAS can be used for those services where a gap in coverage exists
