Registration Instructions for IAS Membership
The annual fee for the IAS service is $150.00
 
IAS has many relationships with Associations whereby members are entitled to a discounted price.  Each of these associations has been provided with a promotion code.  If you are part of a participating association or if you are not sure if your association is part of our promotional program,  please do NOT use the "buy now" button below, but DO complete the application form.  IAS will then send you an invoice according to your association membership discount if applicable.

  1. If you have had a claim within the past 12-months, please provide details, including date of claim, amount claimed, and current status of claim.

  2. Please provide a Summary of Qualifications, including background and education. Provide this in electronic format, such as in a Word Document.

  3. Please provide proof of any education relevant to the Home Inspection industry. Additionally, please include any verification of education and continuing education, including dates and certifications in specialty areas, such as Wood Destroying Insects, Radon, Electrical, HVAC, or any other HI-related course topics.

  4. Pre-Inspection Agreement – Please include a copy of this for our files.
